Cancellation Policy

You can continue using eero Secure until the date of cancellation. If you don't cancel, it will automatically take effect at the end of your next billing period. To avoid this, request cancellation at least 5 days before the specified date. You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us.

Pricing and Billing

The current price of an eero Secure subscription is $2.99 per month (including GST), subject to change with a 30-day notice. You'll be charged monthly in advance at the recommended retail price (RRP) per account, regardless of the number of devices purchased or connected. This charge will appear as part of your standard monthly bill until you cancel your eero Secure subscription.

Promotional Period and Conversion

If you have an existing compatible Tangerine internet service, your eero device will come with a complimentary 12-month eero Secure subscription upon delivery. After this promotional period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid month-to-month service.

For new customers who purchase an eero device with a new compatible Tangerine internet service, the initial 12-month subscription commences on the date of activation or device delivery.

Important Note

You cannot purchase an eero device from Tangerine without also receiving an eero Secure subscription. Each Tangerine eero comes with an included eero Secure subscription for 12 months at no additional cost when used with a compatible Tangerine internet service.
